The American Staffing Association proudly awards scholarships to rising female stars in the staffing industry who are committed to a career in staffing and have shown advances in career growth & leadership with forward-thinking initiatives driven with purpose. ASA aims to bring visibility to the value of women leaders in the staffing industry to create more diverse and balanced leadership across organizations.  The scholarships fund attendance to both  THRIVE: Women in Leadership preconvention and Staffing World. This year, both events are being held in Charlotte, NC.

In 2022, the ASA Women in Leadership Council awarded 8 scholarships to 8 exceptional and deserving women: Cheryl Campanaro, Dawn Fry, Chloe Giffin, Madison Kaldenberg, Kristy Pierce, Celeste Randall, Pa Houa Vang, and Noelle Williams. We, immediately and fearlessly bonded, beginning a new journey together as the Fearless 8, also known as F8. Our continuous mission is to support all women and elevate all women to recognize and achieve their full potential while on their career journey. Our first joint venture includes a fundraising initiative to sponsor one scholarship for ASA Thrive and Staffing World in October 2023. Your purchase today will support our ongoing mission, with 100% of the proceeds being presented to the ASA for their scholarship initiative.
